But Brennan defended the reforms as critical to the agency’s viability in an era of technological and social upheaval. At one point he compared the initiatives to an effort to avoid the fate of Kodak, the company that failed to foresee the impact of digital technology on its film franchise.

99% BAD HARDWARE WEEK: Vulnerability disclosure time :2014-11-28. Who could steal state owned files since then ? Anyone. Even before, if found this weakness and crafted right stealing tools. However, who did know ever since for this her email site, searching even with say Google ? Hardly anyone, that is just the point. Below are some registration accents from her email site.

Update: Advice to Hillary: disable the RSA export ciphers when email Outlook mails to foreigners. Why ?
A server needs to support RSA key exchange export ciphers for an attack to be successful.
Date: 05-mar-2015. Oh by the way, FREAK affects Windows, iOS and Android

A vulnerability in the Secure Channel (Schannel) component of Microsoft Windows could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass security restrictions and access sensitive information from a targeted system. The vulnerability is due to an unspecified issue in the Transport Layer Security (TLS) state machine in Schannel used by an affected system. An unauthenticated, remote attacker who could perform a man-in-the-middle attack could exploit this vulnerability to decrypt SSL/TLS communication and access sensitive information, which could be used to conduct further attacks.

Which one X86 machines Windows 10 will not support ?

Briefly 32 bit. More specific about what is requested ?
Data Execution Prevention (DEP)
When DEP is enabled on a system that has a processor that supports the NX feature, PAE is automatically enabled. The system firmware must have NX on and DEP policy must not be set to Always Off.
All processors that support NX also support Streaming SIMD Extensions 2 (SSE2). SSE2 is an Intel Single Instruction Multiple Data (SIMD) processor supplementary instruction set.
A certification test is included to certify that a system meets this NX support requirement.

99% BAD HARDWARE WEEK: O tempora ! Now you can't run latest windows if it is 32 bit. PAE supports only 4+ GB address space. That's why are the latest smartphones 64 bit. To be ready for Win 10. See them on the picture above on the left ?  Yes ? Then OK.
