Intel calls for its human rights in EU appeal !
Intel's precise legal arguments aren't known. Lets speculate:
1. Intel didn't know for EU laws and human rights when it payed humans not to buy AMD?
2. What about human rights of ethnic cleansed Palestinians whose land Intel used for its Kiryat Gat fab? They don't have any human rights? Right? Add items 1+2 to get a new human rights quality !
