BAD HARDWARE WEEK

Heise online discovered this protection scheme that Sony has been using for its recently removed DRM protection. Technology is provided by Korean company Setec. Actually problem with this scheme is its systematic violation of customers privacy. Quite similar we have currently with tapping telecom afair. They too traded privacy for protection.
