Big Brother tool for total Internet control of 5M people
When one they your pets or refrigerator would be online, they will be under Big Brother control too.
Deep packet Inspection is the name of the tool.
If at one moment only 10% of people is online that means the area of 50M people is under control.
In the next 4 years with improvement of technology nations of 500M people will be under deep packet inspection of only one Internet spy. The whole world practically.
