Intel's Larrabee at 300W TDP
Well, that will require the cooler.
Or 32nm implementation that will pull power consumption down.
Provided 30% lower power consumption will suffice for ordinary cooling methods, thus expect Larrabee in 2010 time frame. Not earlier.
