PR nightmare: Intel is facing with at least 82 separate class actions
Furthermore, Intel, by its own count is facing "at least 82 separate class actions" filed by lawyers on behalf of customers in at least eight U.S. states, including California, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, Nebraska, New Mexico and Tennessee.
BAD HARDWARE: What about purchase of one big lawyer company for its own cases? Now AMD proved that all we have payed illegally overblown prices for Intel processors by decades. What if now all customers sue? I mean Intel has $10B in cache ready to pay to all, so why not?
