Is some unwabted pop ups slip somehow through firewall into your browser, what to do? In Firefox in privacy section type them in blocked exceptions and save. Then simply delete the same sites from allowed cookie list.
Thus, blocked then deleted from cookies list. No way to jump in back again. Simple, isn't it?
