EUVL (extreme-ultraviolet lithography) fabrication machines should make way to
Fab 8 in the second half of 2012 allowing GLOBALFOUDRIES the ability to move forward to burn chips beyond 20nm. It will likely take 1 to 2 years to qualify those tools which should put GLOBALFOUNDRIES first to market with that technology.
