Addressable 128MB eDram Scratchpad at Haswell?

99% BAD HARDWARE WEEK: I am interested in a low power version. No need for resident DRAM Win programs, but in a much faster e(mbedded)DRAM. XBox 360 like.
If the memory refresh controller is embedded along with the eDRAM memory, the remainder of the chip can treat the memory like a simple SRAM type. L4 128MB . eDRAM though requires additional fab process steps compared with embedded SRAM, which raises cost, but the 3X area savings of eDRAM memory offsets the process cost when a significant amount of memory is used in the design. Without eDRAM , L4 is only 40MB at Haswell. X
