Is leaked 14nm Broadwell actually Hi K 22 nm low power second generation process ?

99% BAD HARDWARE WEEK: Seems like 22 nm is absolute shrinking size. With 3 Fin FETs gates we entered  in contradict age of ever shrinking gates and fatter overall transistor bodies !.
The central point to the note is that Intel’s 22nm process has serious problems, and 14nm is in deep trouble too.  BHW however does not see any problem with Intel developing a 22nm SoC process, quite the contrary,
