Samsung already made some samples.
TSV should make possible big memory / processors bundles. Introduction in 2012.
Intel might use 16 MB caches bundles with TSV.
IBM too. Thus, year 2013 might be the year of TSV introduction. 2014 year of rise. And 2015 year of widespread use.
