Data mining easy as using credit card
CIA MINING
The Chicago Tribune found the identities of over 2600 CIA employees (of overall 300 000) including an undisclosed number of covert operatives) as well as the locations of over two dozen CIA facilities across the U.S., internal telephone numbers, and information on 17 aircrafts.
Until recently, such public records represented a minimal threat to privacy, in large part because they were widely scattered in hundreds of libraries, city halls and courthouses around the country.
