Dual core Turion demoed at Cebit
Mobile 64bit, dual core Turion consumes only 35W at 1,075V in 90 nm. It is housed in S1 -638 pins socket, uses dual channel DDR2, Pacifica virtualisation and will be announced on 9. May. Is AMD playing with that day symbolism? On that day in the year 1945 , when fascism finally capitulated in Europe!!. Who had ever read my any article knows very well the meaning of fascism in computing and its proponent. By the way, AMD's new core F and AM2 socket desktop line should be announced on 6th June. Yet another day. The D-day. The very day when fascism capitulation has actually started in Normandy in 1944. What a symbolism. We copy its meaning just at this moment. Briefly, the very bad and victorious hardware for somene's else plans.
