Well, seems he couldn't predict in World's future fast arrival of morons like Bush.
The moral is: Never underestimate moron's capabilities. Especially their group achievements.

However, Bush moved World progress only 3 years back, judging to Kurzweil's petaflops pace , but not halted forever. That is encouraging, provided World will never see such an idiot again.
