NASA Says Moon Has More Water Than Great Lakes

Provided, NASA actually was on Moon. Or not ?
"The result is at least two orders of magnitude greater than previous results from lunar samples that estimated water content of the moon to be less than 1 parts per billion."

BAD HARDWARE: ?????
Wi(l)dely accepted theory is that Moon is formed as a collateral of Earth's deadly collision. Thus, no water there. Even in traces. Now, there is more Moon water than in Great Lakes. Tomorrow, more than in Atlantic. !
