Judge who nixed drilling ban has oil investments !
OMG
Apparently someone can develop a game, tweak it to run on a console device, get it licensed by Microsoft, and publish it to the Xbox Live Marketplace...in a shorter amount of time than it takes to plug an oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
