You have no right to look at my pre 9/11 Presidential records

On November 1, 2001, Bush issued Executive Order 13233, limiting public access to the records of former U.S. presidents. The Bush executive order also includes the documents of former vice presidents. In 2009, it was announced that as many as 22 million emails may have been deleted by the Bush administration.

BAD HARDWARE: No one has had a right to look for what Presdent and vice president did before the 9/11 ? They abolished themself, or something much worse? That means the next President had no right to look at what Bush did in his mandate 2000-2004 !
