Google award: $5M for precision landing near an Apollo site at Moon

The Google Lunar X PRIZE expires whenever all prizes are claimed, or at the end of 2015.
Less than 5 years left !
Apollo 11 landing was hoax. Never touched the Moon surface ! Voice time delays were made by transfer of signals via Geo stationary satellite between USA and Australia locations.
Thus, why not triple prize for landing near Apollo 11 site? No one could get it. Ever.
