On Operating System stability

In my 20 years of computer industry employment, I've had Windows NT
give me blue screens of death at least once a day, sometimes twice.
Windows 2000 and XP lock up on me at least once a week.

Been working with UNIX variants for almost 20 years. The UNIX
equivalent of a blue-screen of death is (was?) a "PANIC" message.
I've gotten them exactly twice since I began using UNIX on an old
AT&T 3B2 from Bell Labs.

BAD HARDWARE: Win7 doesn't show me dead screen. That is really great accomplishment on OS Stability ! :)
