How to configure windows 8 tablet as WiFi Hotspot
Here.
Probably will work with Win 7 Ultrabooks, because win 7 doesn't support tablets.
Third party free solution is here http://thinix-wifi-hotspot.en.softonic.com/download
It is much simpler than the Linux configuration. Don't forget your hardware must be year 2011 and later.
If you make it than you can DIRECTLY upload your shoots from your DSLR camera, provided it has Wifi option. However some cameras from year 2011 and later support it, the others only via Wifi SDHC cards,.
