Nikon develops 450mm ArF immersed wafer processing tools
Ready in April 2015 for mass production in 2017.

99% BAD HARDWARE WEEK: Not mentioned , but in 14nm geometry obviously. Without EUV, after 2017 manufacturing prices will go through the roof. Then 3D will jump in.
